DESCRIPTION:The Virginia Pond will be holding its regular monthly meeting on Wednesday\, Mary 15\, at Nick’s Roman Terrace in the Westland Shopping Center on West Broad Street in Richmond. \nWe look forward to welcoming industry guest Chuck Vinores\, a senior structural engineer at Envista Forensics.  Chuck will discuss the implications for code upgrades on damaged buildings – when they are triggered and how they can impact the magnitude of a claim. \nSocial hour starts at 5:30\, followed by a dinner meeting.  The cost is $27 when paid by the RSVP deadline\, or $30 at the door.  Reservations are due by May 13.
